A lifetime of movement, a passion for peopleOver 33 years of marriage, we've explored countries across the globe by plane, train, public transportation, tuk-tuk, bicycle, and more. Every journey has deepened our love for adventure, culture, and connection — and the belief that the world is most beautiful when you slow down enough to really see it.For more than 30 years, we poured our hearts into building a boutique fitness and massage studio in California. We trained clients, hired passionate people, and built a small community centered on health and connection. It was a life well-lived. And then we turned the page.
